This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchases made through our website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
Supplements & Ingestible Products – Final Sale
Due to the nature of ingestible and health-related products, all supplements, consumables, and ingestible items are final sale.
Once these products leave our facility, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
• Products are expiry-sensitive
• Storage and handling conditions (heat, humidity, exposure) cannot be verified after shipment
• Product integrity and safety cannot be guaranteed once items are in circulation
• Supplements are regulated consumable goods and cannot be legally or ethically resold once shipped
• Tampering and contamination risks
For these reasons, supplements and ingestible products are non-returnable and non-refundable, whether opened or unopened.
Exception
If a supplement arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item provided we are notified within 5 business days of delivery. Photographic evidence or a detailed description may be required to process a replacement.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Consumable Items Only)
For products that are not ingestible or consumable, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Free of damage, wear, or alterations
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Opened items (for hygiene or safety reasons)
• Gift cards

Return Process & Timeframe (Non-Consumable Items Only)
Initiating a Return
Customers must contact our customer support team within 15 days of confirmed delivery to request a return authorization. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
Return Approval
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by Gut Protocols. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refund Options (Non-Consumable Items Only)
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refund amounts exclude shipping fees unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Exchanges (Non-Consumable Items Only)
To exchange a product for another size, color, or variant:
• Contact customer support within 15 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Customers are responsible for any price differences and applicable shipping costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of delivery. We may request:
• Photographic evidence of damage, or
• A detailed description of the issue
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
